Roof Pros are simply excellent, knowledgeable, professional, and reasonable priced. Cullen was so great to work with for our standing seam metal roof installation. He explained everything thoroughly and his crew was impeccable through the entire process. In fact, we were adding an outdoor living area addition from another company simultaneously who did not dry in the new area as promised. I called Cullen and he came out personally late that same day to dry in the decking for us before the rain came. He also was convinced that the insurance company left some money out of our claim and would file another claim for us. Sure enough, I received notice another very sizable check was on its way to us from the insurance company. You will be completely satisfied and stress free when you choose Roof Pros!
I want to thank the professional Roof Pros Team and especially Project Manager Tyler Copsey and his excellent crew that completed the stellar installation of our new roof. Tyler really bent over backwards to assist me with insurance inspections, answered every question I asked and provided detailed options for my hail damaged roof. I ended up having to pay the full expense for the installation due to my poor choice of an insurance company but Tyler came through with what was a more than fair deal on an excellent roof installation and I will always go to Roof Pros for any future roofing services I may need in the future. Roof Pros reshingled our house for us. The project was completed flawlessly. It was completed on schedule and within the budget. Roof Pros' staff were wonderful to work with. They came out and offered us an estimate that was within our budget, and the job was completed earlier than we had been told. They did an excellent job! I would strongly advise you to use Roof Pros because they are, in our opinion, the best and most professional roofers in the Boerne area.
