Colton Bilderback, the founder and lead plumber at Platinum Full Service Plumbing, began his professional plumbing career in a corporate company. However, he found that customers were not getting the fair pricing and service they deserve. Growing up in Tacoma, he spent his childhood doing plumbing work with his father. He taught him the values of hard work and integrity. He also learned how to give exceptional customer service. These experiences gave rise to his lifelong dream of becoming a 2nd-generation plumber and carrying on the family tradition. To serve local communities, Platinum Full Service Plumbing was founded in early 2019.

About Puyallup
Puyallup ( (listen) pew-AL-əp or pew-AWL-əp) is a city in Pierce County, Washington, United States, located about 10 miles (16 km) southeast of Tacoma and 35 miles (56 km) south of Seattle. It had a population of 42,973 at the 2020 census. The city's name comes from the Puyallup Tribe of Native Americans and means "the generous people".
