We have been doing business with Technocom for almost 20 years and they have been very good to us. Our sales rep, Tracey Phillips, always keeps us happy. She is very knowledgeable about all the equipment and pricing, and works hard to make sure our copying/printing needs are met, while keeping the prices always within our budget, and many times even lower! It seems she works for us rather than for Technocom and I couldn't ask for more than that. She is a pleasure to work with and I hope she never leaves Technocom because they are a winning combination for this non-profit! Bonnie O'Rourke, Community Culinary School of Charlotte
