The house is going. Honestly you are the best architect between the three I have dealt with. Could have save a lot of money if I had found him on Houzz first. I told the GC this week that Matias went corner by corner and ask for my approvals this way I have no change orders and save money. Architects must spend time with the customer and you do Matias. Prior two architects ran up a bill and just kept drawing stuff and expected me to just be happy. NO it’s my house. I want it certain way and Matias and his group does that!!!
